Your retina as a digital lens with the SGB Eyeglasses

If the hang of science fiction is something that you can’t do away with, I would suggest you to better adore the same for we finally have discovered products that make you feel like a part of a fiction endeavor. A pair of glasses just as the usual, but with the ability to transmit digital images, bringing into use your retina as a lens has only been portrayed in movies until date. We can say that we are heading closer to reality as the SGB glasses (DigiLens) enable a human eye to visualize digital images just as we mentioned above.

The SGB glasses are also called heads-up displays, for one can see through them while also having an area map displayed in a small frame guiding a person to the correct destination. I do not want an overdose of holographic technology for you guys, but just for the record even this technology brings into use the holographic optics which creates an overlay image guided through a frame embedded projector.

Currently under development, SGB is also working on developing similar contact lenses and therefore we do not yet know when such products would be up for the grabs in local stores. What we do know is that the army will get its chance before we guys do to have a concrete idea of how this technology functions.
