USB Watch: For The Eccentric!
Alpheus | Jul 17 2008

The inventors of the hackneyed USB port would have had the least idea of how utilitarian their concept will turn out to be. Its application today ranges from data transfer to a charging dock. And the latter has seen several ingenious manifestations, one of which is this archaic looking ‘Timeless Watch’. This watch has all feasible signs of being a long distance runner; the primary reason being the absence of mechanical components. From what we gather, the watch sources its energy from a laptop or computer, and perhaps stores it in an in-built battery. For those of you who believe that eccentricity begets attention, this gadget can make a freakish fashion statement. Fix the USB back into the slot located beside the dial and you are all ready to show it off to your techie friends.
