The Robota project: Using Robots to Teach
The ROBOTA project in Switzerland uses the Robota Dolls, a family of mini humanoid robots, as educational toys. The dolls can engage in complex interaction with humans, involving speech, vision and body imitation.
The Robots can understand basic language interactions and can even fathom gestures.
