Texas Instruments claims to come out with an innovative mobile processor chip later this year that allows you to download movies and television programs onto phones so that you can watch them by connecting the phone to high-definition displays, TVs or other projectors. The chip will hit the market later this year and can even catch 12-megapixel digital still pictures.
