Telexistence is where you are able to be in two places at one time and be able to have a real-time sensation of being at a place other than where you physically are, and being able to interact with your surroundings whatever they may be. Telesar is a prototype robot that does exactly this. Telesar may be the new ‘wave’ of the future by getting groceries for you, and going into the office to get things you may have left. You could just sit at home, and drive it to wherever you would want to go and it would be just like you were actually there getting it yourself. But this scenario not only saves stress of driving, but saves gas for going in.
