Steam II Insect: Six-legged Steampunk arachnid by Christopher Conte
Bharat | Jul 22 2009

Christopher Conte is a name that lives with Steampunk and insects. It’s difficult to figure out his passion, whether it’s stronger for an arachnid or for the Victorian era. Whatever, it’s there, Christopher is a master artist in morphing the two, we have seen endless insects from his workshop, the Steam-Powered Arachnid being the best. Now, however it’s time for another beauty, a Steam II Insect, another robotic Steampunk Arachnid made in cast bronze with machined brass and stainless steel. Measuring 2.5- x 6- x 6-inches, I guess it’s a functional little insect that will haunt me in my dreams for a while.
