[CES 2010 preview]. We are living in an escalating e-book market, and presented by Samsung the E6 and E101 e-books are the new entrants here to compete in the street. Fitted with 6-inch and 10-inch touchscreens respectively, the e-books feature a dedicated stylus along with 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connectivity.
The E6 e-book features hard or soft keyboards, besides a form-factor that provides slide-down control panel revealing the menu, navigation controls and speakers in both devices. Enabled with handwriting recognition feature the e-books enable direct writing onto the display, which let the user manage his applications with a built-in electromagnetic resonance (EMR) stylus pen. There’s no specific mention of the release date, however the e-book will be priced at $399 and $699 (so you know which price is for which e-book).
