Energy crisis is clouding the globe slowly but steadily, and we soon need to think of alternatives other than the solar powered lighting. A rocking chair that relaxes you while its embedded dynamo makes sure your movement is converted into energy, eventually lighting a reading light sounds a ray of hope. Invented by the Prague design studio, the Move Your Energy is affixed with an LED reading lamp and the more you rock the brighter the LED glows. The Dynamo runs on a kinematic arrangement replicating the functioning of steam engines. The energy produced is directly transferred to the LED lamp or the batteries. Producing energy for your individual use using your body movement can be the best way of saving some for the dooms day.
