Rip Curl H-bomb: First power-heated wetsuit for extreme waters
Bharat | Nov 3 2009

At times ideas click rapidly but a follow-up to get them in shape requires thorough testing and development. Without adieu, as the idea clicked them, Rip Curl South Africa got into researching the wetsuit technology, and as a result managed the world’s first power-heated wetsuit, the H-Bomb. Desiring to take cold water surfing to new heights, the Rip Curl H-bomb will change surfing and ocean exploration for good, allowing surfers to take on the waters considered extreme before. The heat generating carbon fiber coils are lined at the back of the wetsuit, while the battery packs are positioned on the lower back. Two powering lithium-ion batteries are placed in such a way that it allows the body to flow warm blood, keeping the surfer good in all conditions.
