Illusions can be disturbing but not when that illusion makes you feel something that you wanted to experience for a long time. Riding a Bicycle upside down isn’t that pleasant an idea but when that act makes you feel that you are riding above the clouds, well many would actually want to give it a chance. Mario Diamantis has this project ready for his design thesis, dubbed the Skybike, we aren’t sure about the recognition his thesis got but, appreciation did flow in from all other corners. The sad part is that you cannot just go on with this illusion as it is difficult to ride against your own weight for more than 25 minutes. Barring that grief, there is hardly a point you can complain about for such illusions seldom feel real, however, this one does. Video after the jump.
