We’ve become too lazy with our comfortable lives and attitudes. To cater to all active lifestyle aspirants and all couch potatoes alike, Philips has introduced DirectLife, an interactive fitness program that’ll keep track of an individual’s daily activity and offer him advice over the same.
Consisting of a wearable Activity Monitor to record the daily doings, the program demands the collected information to be transferred to a PC, which the device manages via USB and once the data is transferred it is the uploaded to the individual’s personal webpage. This info is then matched with the specified targets on the site and a personal online coach is also provided to keep you updated with stats, activity ideas and tips on how to better.
DirectLife has been made available to people in the US through www.philips.com/directlife. The initial fee for the same is $99 plus shipping. But after 4 months, it’ll only cost you $12.50 a month.
