PC, Mac Compatible Loop Pointer from Hillcrest labs goes public
Atul | Jun 16 2009

Normally such chic looking gadgets disappoint us for there aren’t many that actually make it through the production floor. Unlike those long line of products, Hillcrest labs has gone ahead and retailed the Loop Pointer which is a mouse/remote that works fully in the air-even from the behind the walls. The Loop Pointer has been specially designed for PCs clubbed to your home theatres, PS3 and the Apple TV.

The design may confuse you, but you needn’t be worried as it merely has four buttons and a scroll wheel. Unlike the Wiimote, it uses RF frequencies which are transmitted to a USB dongle that serves as the receiver. You would have to shell $100 to experience the new-age motion sensing mouse.
