In pursuit of doing another best, Panasonic has delivered the HDC-SD10 and HDC-TM10 camcorders, which owing to less than 230g weight have been touted as the lightest camcorders with full high-definition capabilities. With recording brilliance of 1080p video in AVCHD format, the palm-sized camcorders with 2.7-inch touchscreen LCD also feature an advanced Optical Image Stabilizer technology. Along with 16x optical zoom and recording to SD/SDHC cards, the camcorders also embed the latest functions in face detection, iA with AF tracking and Intelligent Contrast Control. Set for a UK release in June, the only difference in the two lies in the Panasonic HDC-TM10, which also comes with 8GB of built-in storage capacity.
