The Keys of this new and revolutionary keybooard, Optimus-103, now are pretty big (about 2×2 cm), so we have to position them very close to each other just to get the proper feel of it. Since pressing four keys instead of one is not as convenient, we’ve raised surface on every key to have usual 4 mm distance between keys’ tops, now that seems pretty ergonomically designed.

The sweet 2 x 2cm OLED keys have a lot to boast about itself. Surfaces have to be flat because no one wants optical distortions and so called mirage effects. In this process of moving, adding, removing, and reshuffling keys around Optimus eventually got a new name (it’s not 103 anymore). Details will be revealed on the first day of CeBIT.
