We have always had a problem understanding how those sci-fi fellows play around with three dimensions. If movies that require silly 3D video glasses are making a rage as the future, then perhaps there is no stopping the flick makers from using them, and with Minoru, the world’s first 3D webcam, you too have your own way to making things happen in 3D. Novo Minoru uses the “anaglyph” technique, which requires two images – in red and blue — and then superimposes them on each other to be viewed by special colored glasses. The webcam is made to capture 3D image on the PC, more real in appearance than the 2D pictures that we have now. Minoru has two separate lenses for the imaging, and also has a microphone embedded for the audio capability. So, are you game for your first 3D video?
