It seems like everybody wants to try his hand in the DAP game, doesn’t matter what the result is. And how can you expect NEC to silently watch Sanyo, Sharp and the like to paddle away; most likely in the quagmire. Coming back, NEC will be introducing its Digital Audio Player this month. In the absence of any official announcement, which will be made next Tuesday, we won’t be able to give any specs right now except that the new NEC DAP will be compatible with the NEC computers in many ways.
