If the dreaded syringe has been keeping you away from the doc, turn to Mother’s Kiss. Living up to its name, the syringe uses vials or ampules instead of needles to painlessly inject the medication. A brainchild of Japanese inventor Yoshoi Oyama, Mother’s Kiss would replace existing pain-free injections that use air/gas pressure for the same purpose.

Watch This: Childish though it may sound, most of us still cringe at the thought of using syringes for medication. So, Mother’s Kiss is quite a relief. We wonder when it would make its way into this part of the world. For more on how the injection functions, watch the video after the jump.

For those who hate getting poked at during visits to hospitals and clinics, here is some good news.
I am waitin for the time when i would ask my doc to use this one and give God moments of peace by not calling out his name 1000 times in one breath! :D
Why do we fear the needle so much? After all it doesn’t hurt much. I will tell you why? The fear of pain is far greater than the pain itself. It is all in the head, it’s all psychological. Nothing more, nothing less.
