LG has unveiled its first Blu-Ray player the BD100 that offers you stunning picture quality at 1080p and offers you a long list of supported file formats.

The player can play almost any video file you put in it as it can play almost every file right from the DivX files to WMV files and it can play standard DVDs and MP3s also.

The BD100 also supports Java content using BD-J Standard so one can also play disks with advanced interactive features.

LG has not yet commented on the price of the player but considering the market of such players we can say that the player will be priced close to £1,000.
