Lenovo intros ThinkPad PC, notebook with multitouch screens

Lenovo ThinkPad x200 has been regarded well since we have seen it. With a significant overhaul however, we my just regard this Lenovo beauty a bit more. Lenovo inflicting a twist too its line of Tablet PCs and Notebooks, has added a multitouch option to its already versatile ThinkPad x200 Tablet PC and the slim and powerful ThinkPad T400 notebooks.

For added simplicity, Lenovo has embedded the SimpleTap application, which’ll aid and enhance the multitouch experience. The ThinkPad x200 may have wanted to explore the wild world outside, thus the company has announced a new super bright optional screen to it so that using it outdoors is just the same as indoors. Multitouch option will certainly made a difference in the Tablet PC and the notebook; users will now have the choice to use two or more fingers to tap, flick and zoom through documents and folders, and do just all without a mouse. Along with the highly sensitive screen, the ThinkPad x200 also gets an ultra long battery life touted at about nine hours and is made compatible for Windows 7.
