Lego's interactive robotics kit for little geeks
Siddhesh | Aug 9 2008

Lego Education, in collaboration with National Instruments have developed an interactive robotics kit for kids at the elementary school level. This kit allows students to learn the basics of robotics programming with its inbuilt NI LabVIEW software that provides a well-tailored interface, programmable drag and drop icons that are then realised into corrosponding motion when executed. Lego authorities are proud of their product that attempts to describe the highly complex robotics technology in simplest possible manner as digestible to kids in age group of 7 to 12. They are confident that this system will indulge kids in teamwork and develop their problem solving skills to boost their creative thinking and prove to be an excellent extra-curricular activity overall.
