Japanese scientists develop elastic water
Bharat | Jan 27 2010

It’s like what we’ve seen in the Flubber movie, but this isn’t Hollywood, it is way too East and it’s in Japan, where some intelligent brains have invented a substance that’s made in 95% water. The material called elastic water is developed by scientists at Japan’s Tokyo University, with a mixture of two grams of clay, some organic matter and natural water that gives this a jelly like nature. Perfect to be used in medicines and tissue repair, this elastic water could also pave way for ecologically clean plastic materials.
