Interactive Struktable, another table for multi-touch fun
Harshpaul | Mar 19 2009

Big, interactive multi-touch screens always have a high rank for their cool factor, and also because playing air hockey on these touchscreens is great fun. The Struktable from Strukt Design Studios is a 70-inch display that can simultaneously interact with eight people, over a diverse range of applications. It works on the rather frustratingly named FTIR (frustrated total internal reflection) effect, using infrared LEDs to recognize touch. The Struktable was recently displayed at the Toca Me Design Conference in Munich.
