While the world is moving ahead, developing batteries that last long, really long, there’ll still be need to recharge them at some point in time. Thus, it’s fitting to see a concept like the InCharge Battery Station, which is all-in-one recharging station for all type of rechargeable batteries, i.e. AAA, AA, C, and D. Designed by NYC-based strategic design consultancy, Pensa, and part of the Greener Gadgets Design Competition finalists, the InCharge Battery Station is intelligent enough to collect, sort and recharge the batteries, this courtesy the station’s self-rotating design and dedicated charging slots. Lit LEDs on the Station depict of it being in use, and when a particular battery is charged, it pops out of the slot while other batteries keep charging. A dedicated smart plug shuts down power unit when all the batteries in it are fully charged.
