Cheer up Japan! Now you may be able to take karaoke throughout Japanese restaurants and karaoke bars, for, joining hands, IBM and Xing declared to release Kyoku NAVIs, a new high tech karaoke controller with shock resistant waterproof controller, featuring a touch screen interface, allows users to search for songs in a simplified fashion and has wireless LAN for updates and streaming videos.

To keep it going, you will have to connect the NAVIs to another karaoke system.
