FDA gives Anti-Gravity Treadmill the go-ahead
Asmita | Feb 20 2008

I really don’t like it when gravity interferes with my exercise routine. Especially when it prevents me from getting out of bed every morning! For lazy bums just like me some genius developed an anti-gravity treadmill called the Alter-G, which has been approved by the FDA as a safe medical device. The treadmill reduces the weight of the user by as much as 80% (while he is on the treadmill, in case you were thinking otherwise!) with the NASA designed air pressure regulation system. The Alter-G also does not restrict movement allowing user to walk, run or jog (and hopefully snooze!) without feeling the pressure of the force used to hold their weight. The treadmill should be out in medical facilities and gyms soon and I’m sure it would be a great tool for the injured, elderly and all the lazy fatsos of the nation!
