Esquire magazine to feature an 'electronic cover'
Taylor Flatt | Jul 23 2008

Recently announced, the Esquire magazine is to feature an electronic cover for their magazine. With scrolling text and images, this is a first for magazines and ‘paper’ advertisements alike. Funded by Ford, Esquire’s cover will have the normal items but on the inside cover, Ford will be advertising their Flex Crossover. Although somewhat wasteful, this is a new step in the direction towards a more technological future. Maybe later we will find a productive way to produce things like this and reuse them to recreate a similar product.
