Dyson delivers world’s fastest motor in DC31 handheld vacuum cleaner

James Dyson, the man who revolutionized the vacuum cleaner industry, is up again with a striking revelation. Time again in the vacuums, but with the world’s fastest motor this time, built within the 2.2lb DC31 handheld vacuum cleaner, the motor, if Dyson’s believed, can muster 104,000 revolutions a minute, 5x a F1 car engine, holy quick!

Dyson vacuum cleaners at home aren’t made to suck my granny in. They are just for the dust, guess you know that – then, is the motor for the fastest aircraft or for a barely visible F1 racer? Perhaps there’s no answer yet, but reluctance motor could pave an opening for a super electric engine, the maestro so dearly wishes to create.

To sell in two distinct variants, Dyson’s DC31 in its Standard form would sell for $220, while the high-end version dubbed the Animal will sell at about $270. They’ll beginning selling next month in the UK, are you game?
