Digicam gets an upshot with the First Shot
Atul | Jun 12 2008

Enough off those regular soap boxes that ask for a lot of careful handling! The time has come when we care a damn about protecting it and use it as a gadget that succeeds in entangling us all the more with functionary enhancements. The First Shot Ultrasuede pictured above is that product which gives us an opportunity to break free in this regard. It comes with a casing done in stain resistant micro-fiber material that has a shield capable of protecting the brittle outside surface of the camera. The same material usage enabled the designers to experiment with the shape.

Talking about function, the First Shot Ultrasuede can store, send, display or even picture frame an image using a stylus pen and a USB dock. It even comes with the capability of sending the images as personalized messages making for an exciting sharing platform on a regular basis. This looks a class apart in the world of digital cameras and it would be exciting to see whether HS Design takes this case study further and converts it into a mass produced product. Irrespective of that, it would find its takers for sure!
