Get ready for yet another addition to the Zen series of PMPs from Creative. Although official announcement seems to be some time in the making but details of new Zen X-Fi have emerged and promised are some very interesting features. Don’t expect a touch-screen, but what you can expect is Wi-Fi for sharing music. Also epiZENter has stumbled upon some other leaks including details like a built-in speaker, FM tuner, voice recorder, and support for streaming media from Creative’s “Public Media Server.” A numeric keypad will also make possible chatting (mobile phones-style) using “Tchatter” over Yahoo Messenger, Gtalk or MSN. There are two options - X-Fi Crystalizer and X-Fi Expand – for sound, which promise to enhance the sound experience with your pmp. It is also presumed that Creative will announce the launch of its new software called “Centale” along with the pmp. Since official launch is still days away, details of price and like are unavailable. Check back for updates.
