Cheap and impressive Google Chrome Netbook specks leak
Bharat | Dec 29 2009

When Google announced the Chrome OS, we never thought it would make into a netbook as early as this. But it is really amusing to see how fast things adapt when an operating system is open-source. This is true with the rumored netbook supposed to be running the Chrome OS. Known better as the Google Chrome Netbook, it is a HD ready 10.1-inch multitouch screen netbook based on an ARM processor with Nvidia Tegra platform. Besides this the leaked specifications reveal the Chrome Netbook to support 2GB RAM, 64GB SSD, Webcam with Wi-FI, Bluetooth and 3G for connectivity. The netbook preinstalled with Google based services like Maps, Search by Voice, Calendar, Docs etc (besides the web-based services that cannot be preinstalled) is expected to be priced at $300, not a bad buying price for a fast booting and efficient netbook.
