Chariot Skates, cool large wheels to commute in the future
Bharat | Dec 22 2009

The world of personal mobility gets a new entrant. Dubbed the Chariot Skates, this is a retro-modern way to tie up wheels to your feet and then skate… ski… walk... bike, or do just anything for that matter. For an inline skating experience, if you may like, the Chariot Skates are tied to the leg while the feet rest on the pedal-like platform on the two wheels. The huge wheels with small ones for support attached near the heel are made in carbon fiber providing solidarity to move in all terrains way smother than the other inline skates. Weighing 5.5 pounds each, the Chariot Skates are still in the manufacturing stage and could be made available sometime in June next year. There are no brakes in here, so just mind that, the company does have a cable break option in mind, but who can guarantee it’ll be implemented.
