Computers and books need not be rivals. That they can go on living together is proven by getting a PC to don the shell of a book. The Book mod is an excellent example of vision and adroitness of case modders. Outside, this PC case is a large book but care to flip through its pages and a powerful machine will greet you. The appearance of a book is completely replicated; there’s a metal frame and a fabric skin made of UV-reactive acrylic – embossed on which is the title of the mod: The Book. A German case modder going by the name of Paladin has come up with the mod and has spent a great deal of time and effort on it – the former coming to 200 hours and the latter to 1000 € .
Following are the specs of the machine that are inside this volume:
• Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz
• Twister 1Gb RAM
• Mini ATX of DTK
• Asus EN9999 (6800)
• Seagate 320 GB
• Samsung DVD RW
• Gigabyte G-Power
• Network: Dlink 1Gb
• 4 Port USB Hub
