CES-2007: DirecTV launches Foldable Satellite TV System
Anupam | Jan 9 2007

DirecTV has fulfilled its promise of an AIO portable satellite receiver by announcing its new Sat-Go TV at the CES.

The device has a foldable design that includes a 17-inch LCD screen and an integrated antenna that will connect you to DirecTV satellite.

The device is fully portable and also includes a battery. The company has not commented anything on the standby time of the battery. But there is nothing to worry as the TV can also be powered by a car cigarette lighter adapter and also by an AC power adapter.

The customers will have to pay between $1,000 to $1,300 for the TV and an additional $4.99 per month as a subscription fee.

The company is also planning some upgraded versions for the future that include Sat-Go Pro and Sat-Go Light.

The display can be folded in many ways. Check out the images below to see the TV in action.
