
The new Canon T1i from the Rebel series is the latest and the first entry-level DSLR camera featuring full high-def video recording. The revealed Canon T1i with a similar sensor size of the previously revealed 50D is a 15.1 megapixels camera that can shoot and record videos at mesmerizing 1080p @ 20fps and 720p @ 30fps. Stuffed with a 3-inch LCD screen to review what you have shot, the camera comes with an HDMI outlet to get those images on to a HDTV. The Canon EOS Rebel T1i/500D DSLR camera offers continuous clicking at 3.4fps for up to 170 images in JPEG mode or up to nine RAW images, and also features a DIGIC IV image processor for better noise reduction – Canon making all this available for $899.
