Here is an interesting video showing Ajay’s voice controlled car. The speech recognition system embedded in the car uses 4 microphones, two to capture voice and the other two to cancel noise interference, enabling Ajay to control the car via his voice even when his windows were wide open in traffic.
With the help of the system Ajay easily controls the media player to search and play specific music files and also adjust its volume with his voice commands. It allows him to drive freely without straying off the track. The ultimate thing is when your commands do not match the computer simply start asking questions to clarify the matter. The computer is sumptuously fixed in the trunk and is easily accessible via its 7-inch touchscreen. The project is still under construction and Ajay is trying to incorporate a few other applications to make it more user-friendly.
