Finally, an engine that runs on just 'Anything'

Russell Henning, a student at San Jose University has introduced an engine that can run on any fuel. That’s cool!! The grasshopper shown here is a component of tractor that contains an engine that does not need a specific fuel to run.

The wonderful engine can eliminate our dependence on fossil fuel. The engine will definitely prove to be fructifying to the farmers. It is not able to eliminate the emission of CO2 gas. However, one question still rousing curiosity in my mind is that on which fuel it depends to run?
Is it steam engine like???
