8-year-old Shea changed Apple's policy

According to the regular norms of this world it would require an army of men, protest, strikes etc to change a company as big as Apple. But recently, it took only an innocent letter from an 8-year-old Shea O’Gorman to do that. Has Apple gone soft? Judge for yourself.

Shea is only a Grade schooler who decided to write a letter to Steve Jobs one fine day as part of her 3rd grade class’s project in letter-writing. However, the reply she got was much too rude for her little heart. When she read it, she threw the letter up in the air and ran to her room to cry. Poor little girl!

But little Shea achieved what million others cannot. Apple’s legal department made an apology and confessed that they will be re-evaluating their policy on response letters to idea submissions from children. Congrats Shea!
