3D Connexion SpaceNavigator lets you navigate 3D spaces
Naveen | Nov 28 2006

How about moving 360-degrees around the Eiffel Tower or flying through the Grand Canyon in zoom mode on your system? SpaceNavigator has made it possible. Enjoy flawless navigation through a 3D space by pushing, tilting, sliding, and rotating the new SpaceNavigator that has been developed by 3D Connexion, a subsidiary of Logitech. Boasting six optical sensors, the new entrant to the family of 3D controllers can be used with the mouse free hand.

The SpaceNavigator is a round controller cap in actual that is fixed to a weighty steel base. When you view any object, just push, tilt, and rotate the cap to have a full control on the object. The SpaceNavigator plugs into your computer via a USB port and the installation process is quite simple.

If you are a big Google Earth buff or work with 3D apps most of the time, SpaceNavigator is certainly your cup-of-tea. The device will set you back $59.
