The Chinese pricing scheme can be deceiving at times. On first impression, we were fooled into believing that this digital photo frame was just a plain image display device. On closer scrutiny, we discover that it is much more than just that. Manufactured by Chinavasion, the photo frame is a weather updater (for 5 cities), a Google Calendar tool, and a slideshow viewer rolled into one. You can either choose to view Flickr/local folder pictures on its 2.4-inch LCD or use its internet capability or other features like the alarm function and event reminder. It offers a storage capacity of 16MB and has a built-in speaker, too. I have been looking for a decent table decorator, and this photo frame certainly would add a technological tinge. And at $27.50, there can be no complaints!
